Welcome to SkillAllZone, your hub for skill development and continuing education. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Overview

SkillAllZone offers a variety of live sessions, workshops, digital courses, e-books, and physical merchandise to support your professional and personal growth.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account using a valid email address and create a secure password. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our offerings only for lawful and personal enrichment purposes. You shall not misuse or interfere with the integrity of our platform or content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks provided by SkillAllZone remain our exclusive property. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use materials for your personal learning. Redistribution or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or any content at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services (Live Sessions and Workshops)

If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Approved cancellations will receive a refund processed to the original payment method within 14 days. You may request to transfer your registration to a different date or session when providing at least 7 days’ notice. No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, as resources and instructors are allocated based on registrations.

7.2 Information Products (Digital Courses and E-Books)

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. You may cancel and request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Due to immediate access and download availability, transfers to other products or credits are not offered.

7.3 Goods (Physical Merchandise)

Merchandise may be shipped back to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once the shipment is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkillAllZone and its affiliates, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto.
